Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with any seals intact. For safety reasons, certain items (such as opened feeding or hygiene products) may not be returnable — please contact us if you’re unsure.

How to start a return

Email support@niyazstore.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return, and we’ll send you the return instructions and address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll make it right.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
